Terms of Service

1. Introduction

Welcome to MyChairr ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. MyChairr provides a SaaS booking and marketing platform for salon owners and independent practitioners.

2. Subscription & Fees

MyChairr operates on a subscription basis (currently £27 billed every 60 days). We do not charge commissions on your bookings. You are responsible for maintaining a valid payment method. Failure to pay may result in immediate suspension of your booking link.

3. Salon Owner Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for the services you provide to your clients.
• You must fulfill any appointments booked through your MyChairr link.
• If you require upfront payments or deposits, you are responsible for managing the collection and fulfillment of those funds. MyChairr does not hold or process client deposits directly.

4. Google Business Profile Sync

By using our Google Business Profile (GBP) integration, you grant us permission to act as a Manager on your GBP account to publish offers, updates, and availability. You may revoke this access at any time via your Google settings.

5. Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your public booking link will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
