We collect information in two main capacities:
- From Salon Owners: Name, email, business details, and payment information to manage your subscription.
- From Salon Clients: Name, phone number, and email address collected during the booking process.
2. How We Use Your Data
We act as a Data Controller for Salon Owners to provide our SaaS service. We act as a Data Processor for Salon Clients. The salon owner owns the client data. We only use client data to send transactional booking confirmations and reminders on behalf of the salon.
3. Third-Party Services
We use trusted third parties to run our infrastructure:
- Supabase: For secure database hosting and authentication.
- Polar / Stripe: For secure subscription payment processing.
- Resend: For transactional email delivery.
We never sell your data or your clients' data to third-party marketers or data brokers.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account, we will delete your data and your clients' booking history within 30 days, subject to legal obligations.
